1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the vehicle rental services provided by Bob's Exotic Rentals. By booking a vehicle or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform is powered by Drivehouse, a rental management platform. Use of this site is also subject to the Drivehouse Platform Terms.
2. Rental Agreement
Each vehicle booking constitutes a rental agreement between you and Bob's Exotic Rentals. You must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and meet any additional requirements specified at the time of booking. Bob's Exotic Rentals reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
3. Booking & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms are displayed during the checkout process. Bob's Exotic Rentals is not responsible for fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
4. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. You agree to: (a) operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws; (b) return the vehicle in the same condition as received; (c) not allow unauthorized drivers; and (d) report any damage or incidents immediately. Additional mileage, damage, or cleaning fees may apply.
5. Insurance & Liability
Renters must carry valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles, or purchase coverage offered at the time of booking. Bob's Exotic Rentals is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of a rented vehicle. You agree to indemnify and hold Bob's Exotic Rentals harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the vehicle.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are displayed during booking and may vary by vehicle or rental period. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Bob's Exotic Rentals reserves the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at its discretion.
7. Identity Verification
Bob's Exotic Rentals may require identity verification before releasing a vehicle. This may include a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a photo ID. Verification documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Platform Technology
This website is powered by the Drivehouse platform. While Bob's Exotic Rentals operates the rental business and is responsible for all vehicle-related services, the underlying technology, payment infrastructure, and data processing are provided by Drivehouse. Your use of this website is subject to both these terms and the Drivehouse platform terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bob's Exotic Rentals and Drivehouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
