Identity verification: If required, we may collect your driver's license, insurance information, and a photo ID to verify your identity before releasing a vehicle.

Automatically collected: Browser type, IP address, and general usage data to improve your experience.

If identity verification is required, submitted documents (ID photos, insurance cards, selfies) are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized staff at Bob's Exotic Rentals. Verification links are single-use and expire after submission.

We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) the Drivehouse platform which provides our rental management technology; and (c) as required by law. Our platform provider, Drivehouse, maintains strict data isolation between rental businesses.
